Terms and Conditions
Prize(s)
One winner will receive a return flight in Premium Economy Class for 2 adults from London Gatwick to a choice of Singapore, Bali, Bangkok or Phuket via Singapore Airlines. An additional five winners will also be picked to each win a £100 Love2Shop voucher. The competition will end on 31st March 2024 and winners will be chosen at random. MMGY Global will liaise with the winner on how to redeem the return flight and Love2Shop vouchers.
Terms and Conditions
A participant enters the competition by providing their PNR booking number, filling out the registration form and submitting it. Entering and initiating participation in the Competition implies unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
- Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.

- Closing date for entries will be 31st March 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- The prizes are restricted to over 18s only and those who are resident in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands).

- The prize provider is Singapore Airlines, Chiswick Park, Building 4, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YE (“the Prize Provider”).
- The prize includes return flights in Premium Economy Class for two Adults, exclusively from London Gatwick with only Singapore Airlines (excludes partner airlines). These tickets are valid in Premium Economy Class only and may not be upgraded to any other class.
- The prize does not include access to the lounge, priority security clearance or priority boarding.
- Travel will be subject to the Prize Provider’s standard terms and conditions of carriage accessible here.
- The prize does not include any UK transport or accommodation. The Winner will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the UK airport.
- The prize is offered subject to availability and blackout periods may apply, including but not limited to Christmas and New Year.
- Travel must be ticketed by 30 September 2024 and completed by 31 March 2025.
- Travel insurance is not provided but is mandatory for travel.
- It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that both they, and the person travelling with them, have a valid passport, travel documents, visa and travel insurance prior to travel.
- The Winner will be asked to document their trip when taking their prize in the form of video as well as photos to be submitted to Singapore Airlines within 15 days of their return. This will be edited and used by Singapore Airlines as part of further social media activity. No payment shall be made for use of the footage collected and shared by the Winner, nor shall the Winner necessarily be involved in the editing process. The Winner retains the right to decline to do this.
- There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferable. The decision as to the Winner is final. No part of the prize can be booked separately.
- Flights are subject to availability and flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice.
- Once ticketed, flights cannot be changed, and the prize will be forfeited if not taken. The tickets cannot be transferred to any other party or parties.
- Frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued or redeemed in connection with prize tickets.
- No upgrades can be purchased in conjunction with the prize, nor can the destination be changed.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Prize Provider, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
